This Albino Black backed jackal was spotted at Ongava Lodge, Etosha National Park in Namibia. It appeared to be thriving. Albino animals do not usually survive for very long in the wilderness because they are highly visible to predators but this jackal almost seemed to benefit from its white camourflage coat as he sauntered off into the white calcrete Etosha Pan.
